Refund Policy 

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will not be issued for any product that has already been downloaded. (Please verify your purchase before you download it)

  • In the event that product support is needed, the Content Artist / Vendor is required to work with the Purchaser to find a solution. Please visit Product Support for details.

  • If a product is found to be defective or the product description misrepresents the product a refund may be issued. Issuing refunds or store credit is at the discretion of the Provider / Vendor  and/or the CGBytes administration team, and will be made in the form of store credit, exchange, or refund to the original purchasing credit card.

  • Refunds will be considered only after the Purchaser has worked with the Content Artist to attempt to fix the problem. If a refund is issued, the Purchaser is responsible for deleting all files associated with the product and may not re-distribute the product.
