Refund Policy 

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for any product that has been downloaded by the Buyer.

In the event that the Buyer requires product support, the Provider / Vendor is required to work with the Buyer to find a solution. Please visit Product Support for details.

If a product is found to be defective or the product description misrepresents the product a refund may be issued. Issuing refunds or store credit is at the discretion of the Provider / Vendor  and/or the CGBytes administration team and will be made in the form of store credit, exchange, or cash-back to the original purchasing credit card.

Refunds will be considered only after the Buyer has worked with the Provider to attempt to fix the problem. If a refund is issued, the Buyer is responsible for deleting all files associated with the product and may not re-distribute the product.
