Half a day's hike from the lander seemed like nothing as long as she was there, and though the atmosphere on this backwater planet only allowed them the ability to remove their helmets for mere moments at a time, still, sharing a stunning sunset with her, even on a rock like this, made it all worth it.
A hissing sound emanated from the connector ring of his ZX02 suit helmet as he removed it long enough to share a kiss with her in this hostile but beautiful environment. It was enough to send off an audio warning in his earpiece that his heart rate had just jumped. He smiled and wondered if the machines would ever understand.
