The Developer's Pak allows anyone to texture, in exact scale, all of the 38 MICS figures. The Developer's Pak also includes a step-by-step tutorial on how to make MAT poses, and includes a standard unit of measure which is in the form of a prop (accurate to 1/2 inch) and appears on all the precisely labeld UV maps included for all 38 MICS figures. Created MAT poses, textures, and/or props can then be sold or given away as freebies, royalty free as long as no original MICS geometry is distributed, and all labels and units of measure are removed from the final texture maps. PLEASE NOTE that violating either condition will constitute a copyright violation, and if both are followed then all of your creations are your do do with as you please.
