The Pants are dForce Ready, however, they look great without simulation. Simulate only if you notice any crotch deformation.

In order to show gens, go to the Surfaces Tab and set the "Front_Cover" Cutout Opacity value to 0 (zero).

Pose your character or run simulation to the desire pose before add gens to avoid any interaction that may cause bad results.
