This is looking better, especially in skin tone, but the eyes in particular are not close enough to a 'typical' Japanese shape for this lady to register immediately to my eye as Japanese. I myself need only look in a mirror, but I would suggest Googling "Japanese girl" rather than concentrating on one person for reference. Our eyes do of course vary a lot, but there are common themes that you will see in 95% or more of the reference photos. Note the lower eyelashes; the line of the lower eyelid as it approaches the lacrymal; how rarely you see uninterrupted sclera between lower eyelid and iris. I could go on, but you will quickly see for yourself. :)

I agree that everyone has their own tastes and their own vision, but when working on a project it is important to understand the wishes of the customer and make maximum efforts for the best visualization. I often use ready-made vector images, candle vector  from the Depositphotos resource. I chose a convenient plan for myself and the prices are quite moderate.
