The Loft Apartment

The Loft Apartment is a set of thirty-six props replicating a commercial loft
apartment complete with all the needed fixtures and furnishings. Although this
is a very large prop set you can load in the !!Loft Apartment Preload prop which
loads all of the building elements (minus the ceiling) and then add only the
room furnishing (Preloads) that you need for your scene. Optionally, the Loft
Apartment PZ3 scene file will load in all of the set elements at once. The Loft
Apartment set is designed to be easy to use and features many of its elements as
separate props. Only use the elements that you need for your scene.

Separate movable (removable) exterior and interior walls make it easy to set up
and navigate your scene. All the doors rotate open from their hinge areas with
a normal Y-Rotation. Complete and functional, the Loft Apartment is easy to use
and will perform well for any of your loft apartment renders!

Everything comes as Poser Ready props that can be loaded from the category menu
or for even easier use - just load the included PZ3 file which has all of the
props loaded with a default lighting scheme.

The Loft Apartment also comes with all the texture templates to allow
you to give the set elements a custom look of your own design.

You will need Poser 5 (or higher) or Daz Studio to use these props.
