The Posture collar is a prop as a posture collar's meant to be rigid -but it can be resized to fit the figure you're working with. There are some helper morphs to get it looking right if you have poses that affect the neck area. 
 
The Blindfold and Blindfold straps may also be posed separately from the mask to help with auto generated morphs in order to make it easier to use with a variety of other figures. The same is true with the gag piece as well. Iray Materials only, but it comes with Color ID Maps in case you want to create your own textures.
