External Links

To foster a creative, supportive community while protecting the integrity of our platform, we have updated our policy on offsite links and references. The aim is to encourage open discussions without promoting outside platforms in a way that disrupts the forum’s focus or erodes the sales of our Content Artists.

  1. Offsite Links
    1. Prohibited: Direct links to other marketplaces or commercial platforms (e.g., linking to Daz, Renderhub, Gumroad, etc.) are not allowed in posts, image descriptions, or signatures. This helps maintain the focus on our community and prevents external marketing within the forum. Offsite links can also damage our own SEO statistics and result in less natural traffic through search engine queries.
    2. Exceptions: Non-commercial links that offer educational value or tools relevant to the conversation (e.g., tutorials, resources) may be shared in dedicated threads, provided they are not promoting another business or marketplace.
  2. Site References
    1. Permitted: Mentions of other platforms by name (e.g., "I got this model on Daz") are allowed, as long as they are part of a meaningful discussion or critique, and not overtly promotional. Users should not encourage others to leave the platform or promote alternatives to our marketplace.
    2. Limits on Promotion: Repeatedly mentioning other platforms with the intent to divert traffic or business may result in post moderation or account restrictions.
  3. Self-Promotion
    1. Prohibited: Posts or descriptions that solely exist to promote another platform, marketplace, or individual business are not allowed. If you wish to promote your personal work, use designated sections of your Artist Studio (Like Profile page or Blogs) and link to your Artist Studio Profile through Gallery Descriptions or Signatures.
    2. Permitted: You may reference personal projects or portfolios if it is relevant to the discussion and adds value to the community, but avoid over-promotion.
  4. Forum Moderation
    1. Posts and comments will be monitored for compliance. Members who abuse these guidelines will be subject to warnings or have their posts removed.

Violations and Repercussions

Content violations are determined by site administrators or moderators. Actions taken may include:

  • Warnings: Typically, one warning is issued for violations.
  • Account Revocation: Severe or intentional violations may result in immediate account termination.
  • Public disputes regarding policy enforcement are prohibited and may result in an immediate ban.

If you are unsure about your content, consult the Content Moderator before posting.

Reporting Violations

  • Use the "Report Abuse" link above images to report potential violations.
  • Moderators will review reports and make final decisions.

Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity.
