 Grossly deformed by generations of inbreeding... Meet Sawtooth, the second in 
Henrika's series of Mountain Men, father AND big brother of 3-finger!

This extreme and unpleasant character will skulk his way into your runtime and 
make sure he's got constant access to fresh human (pixel) flesh!

Sawtooth is a complete custom morph for M4. No other morph packs are required to 
use him. He comes with a unique cleft-palated face (harelip), misaligned eyes, 
and three smartpropped beard props to further enhance his grotesque appearance.
