Thank you for purchasing "Rievel Hair Converted" by Poison.

Rievel Hair is classic hair prop, created by AprilYSH and selled at Daz3d. Now you can have it converted to Genesis 1 and Genesis 2 Male and Female, with all original shape and style morphs fully working. It will also create and install the correct metadata, so it will be very easy to locate and use the converted hair figures on DS4.

This is a set of scripts to adapt the classic "AprilYSH's Reivel Hair" to Genesis and Genesis 2. These "one-click" scripts will create the new figures and install the metadata.

The new Genesis 2 hair will be unisex and can be used with Genesis 2 Male or Female.

If you don't have Rievel Hair, you must purchased and install the DS version it before get this product. The Poser installation will not be recognized, so you need to install the DS version.

IMPORTANT : This pack only distributes the scripts, custom file templates, custom morphs and custom face group. It will not be possible to convert the hair prop if you don't have the original Rievel Hair installed and working. The mesh, morphs and other informations used to do the conversion are extracted from the original prop.

REQUIRED FILES :

AprilYSH's Rievel Hair (DS Version) from DAZ3D installed and working;
Genesis 1 and/or Genesis 2 Male and/or Female installed;
Daz Studio 4.6.1.17 or later.

INTALLATION

This product doesn't have a regular installation, all you need to do is run the "Rievel Hair Genesis 2 Conversion.dse" or "Rievel Hair Genesis Conversion.dse" file.

-Unzip the provided file;
-Make sure that there is no instances of DS4 running on your computer;
-Double-click the "Rievel Hair Genesis 2 Conversion.dse" or "Rievel Hair Genesis Conversion.dse" file;
-DS4 starts and shows a dialog. Read it;
-Press "Start" on Dialog;
-Wait a few seconds and a metadata installation dialog will be showed. Accept it.
-Close DS4;

Alternative procedure :

Eventually the ".dse" file extension is not associated to DS4 on your computer. If you double-click a DSE file and nothing happens :
-Open your DS4;
-Make sure you have a new, clean and empty scene;
-Drag and drop the "Rievel Hair Genesis 2 Conversion.dse" or "Rievel Hair Genesis Conversion.dse" file into your preview area;
-DS4 shows a dialog. Read it;
-Press "Start" on Dialog;
-Wait a few seconds and a metadata installation dialog will be showed. Accept it.
-close DS4;

USAGE

-As this product also installs the correct metadata, you can find it using the "Smart Content" tab;
-The Genesis version will be converted to "People->Genesis->Hair->Converted" folder;
-The Genesis 2 version will be converted to "People->Genesis 2 Male->Hair->Converted" folder;
-The Genesis 2 version also can be used with Genesis 2 Female, with out any kind of conversion.
