Unzip and past on "My Library"
To use, check on Daz in People > Genesis 8 Male > Characters > ROM FX > Mick

*To use, load your G8F character base, and just apply or remove with a double click the Morphs
*To use the skin, select your character, go to folder Mick and apply the icon SKIN
*To use the G8.1M morphs, load your G8.1M character base, go to folder "8.1 morphs" and double click in the body parts, the G8M Skin works on G8.1M. So just apply the skin as a regular G8M character listed above.
