The script offers four options: "Hide Selected and Children", "Show Selected and Children", "Hide Selected Only", and "Show Selected Only". It can be used on any figure, and it allows you to select multiple figures at the same time. The script opens a simple non-modal dialog so that you can select the figures while the script window is open. The purpose of this tool is to speed up the workflow. We all hate it when we want to switch off the visibility of a figure, and then we have to also click the "eye" icon on every child node (eyes, eyebrows, mouth, eyelashes, clothes, or any other child nodes) separately. With the Visibility Helper, you can do that with one click, and you can be sure that all the child nodes are switched off and nothing is left hanging in the air. Simply select one or more figures in the scene, click the option that you want, and it's done. It is designed for all DazStudio users, it's very easy to use, even if you don't have too much experience! This product comes with an additional script that you can run once, and it will add the "Visibility Helper" to your "Main" toolbar so you don't have to add it manually. Having this tool in the toolbar will allow easy and fast access whenever you need it. How To Use: - "Add To Toolbar" script - This additional script automatically adds the "Visibility Helper" tool to the toolbar so you don't have to do that manually. Just click on the "Add To Toolbar" icon, and the script will add the "Visibility Helper" tool to your main toolbar. For this option, you will need to use a Daz Studio layout that allows the "Main" toolbar to be visible. If you've clicked the "Add To Toolbar" icon and you still don't see the "Visibility Helper" icon in your main toolbar, you might have to refresh the toolbar layout. To do that, go to the top main menu/Window/Workspace/Customize... The Customize DAZ Studio window will appear. On the right half of the window, click on the Tool Bars tab, expand the Main section, scroll down, and make sure that the lightBLUE - Visibility Helper is there. Now just click the Apply and Accept buttons, and your toolbar should be refreshed. The "Visibility Helper" icon should now be visible at the far right corner of the main toolbar. In the Tool Bars tab, you can also drag and reposition the tool to the spot in the toolbar that is the most convenient to you. In this right section of the Customize DAZ Studio window, you can also find the Activities tab, here you can expand the Advanced/Toolbars options and find the "Main" toolbar. If your Main toolbar is not enabled, here you can right-click on it and enable it. - "Visibility Helper" script - Click on the "Visibility Helper" icon, and the "Visibility Helper" window will appear. You can select one or more figures in the scene before or after you open the "Visibility Helper" window. The selected nodes' labels will appear in the top part of the window. Below that, you will see the four options that you can choose from: "Hide Selected and Children", "Show Selected and Children", "Hide Selected Only", and "Show Selected Only". Click on the option that you want to use, and it will be applied to all of the selected nodes instantly.
