Every once in a while, there is a revolution in the Poser world. A product or technique changes the way we think about things forever. Some, like MAT poses make things easier. Others, like joint controlled morphs increase the realism of Poser. The Modern Interiors Construction Set is just such a concept. Not only does it offer ease of use with modular construction and MAT poses, but what's truly revolutionary is the MICS scaling system. It offers the most realism and flexibility of any Poser building environment ever seen!

The Modern Interiors Construction Set, or MICS, is a 38-piece modular construction set consisting of walls, stairs, doors, windows, ceilings, and floors. Everything is EXACTLY scaled to fit Poser people. All figures, all prop placements, all textures, are done to strict AIA (American Institute of Architects) and IDSA (Interior Designers' Society of America) standards. So when you place your Poser people in an MICS scene, nothing looks out of place or "wrong".

All 38 pieces in the MICS system are Poser figures, complete with moldings, doorknobs, and all the details that make up a realistic scene. All doors rotate on their hinges, all sash windows open and close, and all figures are completely functional. All figures accept MAT poses and textures, so simply by double-clicking on a MAT pose in the Poser library, the texture of a wall, door or window is changed instantly.

Separate "paks" are available for the MICS system which consist of all the props, textures, and MAT poses to allow the instant creation of specific types of rooms. This will allow users with ANY size computer to create ANY interior environment, no matter how little or how much memory they have. Why buy a whole memory-clogging "house" when you can make up interior spaces as you go? With a little imagination, users can create other realistic exteriors, interiors, doctor's offices, ANYTHING with this system!

A Developer's Pak is also available which allows ANYONE to texture, in perfect scale, all of the MICS figures. The Developer's Pak also includes a step-by-step tutorial on how to make MAT poses, and includes a standard unit of measure which is in the form of a prop and appears on all the UV maps. Again, all measurements are done to strict AIA and IDSA standards. Additional instructions are included to allow the creation of exactly scaled props to import to your scene. Created MAT poses, textures, and/or props can then be sold or given away as freebies!
